What is the working principle of electric hoist?

Electric hoist is a small light lifting equipment driven by the power supply, beautiful appearance, light weight, small size, convenient and flexible. For larger weight and work range requirements or do not require high-speed performance.

Electric hoist has wire rope electric hoist and electric chain hoist, and there are fast and slow speed. Slow-speed type is commonly used for lifting liquid alloy castings or casting, sand box shipment. Wire rope electric hoist lifting mechanism is driven by the motor to complete the lifting movement of the wire rope drum.

The electric hoist is mounted on a certain span and height of the beam to run, forming an electric monorail crane. The type and span of the crossbeam vary according to the lifting capacity of the electric hoist.

Electric hoist consists of electromagnetic brake, improved motor, lightweight hook, reel and wire rope, gear mechanism. Electric monorail cranes have rail traveling motors, wheels and levelers. The motor with conical brake is usually a three-phase motor with conical rotor or magnetic circuit motor, which provides the driving force for the winch to lift or move horizontally. The lower suspension has lift and travel pushbutton switch boxes for ground control. One side is mounted on a motorized drum and the other end has a drum reduction gear with a flexible coupling. Check the other fan shaft of the motor to the bottom with a conical brake. After the motor is energized, the rotor shaft magnetism overcomes the pressure of the spring to move to the left, and the conical brake fixed to the rotor shaft is loosened from the motor end cap, and the rotor moves evenly under the action of the spring. After the coaxial taper on the brake is moved to the right and the end cap is in close contact with the motor, the motor friction torque stops.
