8 Sweet & Boozy NYE Cocktails To Start 2018 Off Right!

It's time to wave 2017 goodbye, and what better way to celebrate the beginning of a new year than with a bar full of festive and fizzy cocktails? No matter where you spend NYE this year,  we want to make sure your DIY drinks are just as fablous as you – and just as sweet!

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS:

Mix together and garnish with small lavender sprig.

Sparkle Shots by Sparkling Ice

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS:

In an ice filled cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients and shake. Pour into a shot glass with a sprinkle rim and serve.

Prosecco Superiore Cranberry Skewer by Santa Margherita

(*Serves 2) INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 bottle of Santa Margherita Prosecco Superiore DOCG
  • 8-10 frozen cranberries
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp water

DIRECTIONS:

Put cranberries on a skewer and rinse under cold water. Dip skewered cranberries in water, then roll in granulated sugar. Place skewers on wax paper and place in freezer for 5 minutes. Fill glass ¾ with Santa Margherita Prosecco Superiore. Place skewers on top of glass and serve.

ALTERNATE OPTION:
For a slightly sweeter garnish, soak fresh or frozen berries in maple syrup overnight, then skewer and roll in sugar. 

Ginger Raspberry Sparkler by Brooklyn Crafted

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/3 oz Raspberry Puree
  • 1.5 oz Brooklyn Crafted Ginger Beer Mini, Lemon/Lime
  • Splash of Limoncello
  • 4 oz Champagne
  • Squeeze of Lime Juice Fresh
  • Raspberries

DIRECTIONS:

Stir raspberry puree, Brooklyn Crafted Mini Lemon/Lime and Limoncello in a champagne flute. Top with champagne and a squeeze of lime juice. Garnish with raspberries and enjoy!

Cranberry Mint Cooler by Sparkling Ice

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS:

Mix all ingredients in a pitcher. Pour into wine glasses, add a mint leaf garnish and enjoy!

Matcha Martini by Carrington Farms

INGREDIENTS:

 DIRECTIONS:

Combine all ingredients into a shaker. Shake well for 15 seconds. Strain into a tumbler and sip away!

Berry Christmas by HUROM

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup pineapple
  • ¼ cup kiwi
  • ¼ cup kale
  • 2/3 cups of White grapes
  • ¼ cup raspberries

DIRECTIONS:

Wash kale, white grapes and raspberries thoroughly. Remove the peel and core of the pineapple and peel the kiwi. Cut into appropriate sizes. Place lever on “close” and extract the pineapple, kiwi and kale. Once extracted, place lever on “half-open” and allow pulp to be expelled. Pour extracted pineapple, kiwi and kale juice into prepared glass. Place lever on “close” and extract the white grapes and raspberries. Once extracted, place lever on “half-open” and allow pulp to be expelled. Slowly pour extracted white grape and raspberry juice into prepared glass to create a double-layer effect.

Holiday Red Sangria by Santa Margherita

INGREDIENTS: 

  • 1 bottle of Santa Margherita Chianti Classico Riserva
  • 1 large orange, sliced
  • 1 large apple, chopped
  • 1 large pear, chopped
  • Seeds of 1 pomegranate
  • 4 cinnamon sticks

DIRECTIONS:

Add fruit to a large pitcher. Top with Santa Margherita Chianti Classico Riserva. Place in fridge for an hour before serving. Spoon fruit into glass before pouring wine. Garnish with cinnamon stick. Add ice to top (optional).
