From the coziest SoHo corners to the hottest Upper East Side brasseries, we’ve got you covered when it comes to dining in love.

1. Salinas

If romance is what you seek, Salinas – with its exquisite Spanish cuisine and dreamy interiors – is exactly what you need. The restaurant known for its mouthwatering seafood dishes and tasty concoctions is certainly our first choice for a low-key yet elegant date night with our other half. Featuring Spanish classics – such as Pulpo Con Acelgas, Arroz Negro and an array of Tapas – enhanced with the highest level of sophistication, this intimate dining spot is everything a classy New York couple could ever want.

For a refreshingly unique cocktail, be sure to try the Cilantro Roto, made with Alacrán Blanco Tequila, muddled apples, cilantro, green chili syrup and lime. Fantástico!

For the Valentine's weekend, enjoy the lavish taste of this Spanish haven's delectable offerings. Three different love-themed menus will be available starting February 10th – though if we were you, we'd reserve our VIP spot ASAP! Once you arrive, we suggest you savor the Salinas special: Cordero Con Almeja. Pair it with a glass of dry rosé and you're all set for a night of heavenly and exquisite romance. Salúd!
