Because today we simply cannot stop celebrating, we’d like to propose a toast to the drink that started it all, Vodka! Seeing that it is the most popular liquor sold in the U.S., there is no better way to honor our favorite clear spirit than with some haute – and low-cal – mixes. Try out these recipes at home and have a boozy #NationalVodkaDay!

Peach Nectar Spritz

Add Belvedere Peach Nectar, simple syrup and lemon juice to a shaker without ice and shake. Pour contents of shaker into a highball glass and add ice. Top with soda water and garnish with an orange wedge.

Black Orchid

  • 1.25 oz Allaire Vodka
  • 0.75oz Creme De Violette
  • 1.0 oz Lemon Juice
  • 0.75 oz Simple Syrup
  • Garnish with one edible orchid

Combine all ingredients in iced shaker, shake, strain, serve in martini glass and garnished with an edible orchid.

Peach Nectar Highball

Combine all ingredients over ice in a wine glass. Garnish with a slice of peach and sprig of thyme.

Ketel One Vodka Mule

Build in a copper mug or highball glass over ice. Top with ginger beer. Stir. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Ketel One Vodka Ultimate Martini

Stir with ice in a mixing glass and strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube or a martini glass. If you choose to add Vermouth, decrease Ketel One Vodka by .25 oz. Garnish with a lemon twist and green olive.
