Rakomelo: Hot Cretan beverage made from Raki - think Greek grappa, Cretan honey, cinnamon and clove. All of the ingredients are steeped together, strained and then served hot.

Slow Down, Hero: Bonnie Rose spiced apple bourbon, cider Bacardi 8 rum, lemon and cinnamon.
Snow Bunny: Maker’s Mark, hibiscus tea fresh lemon, ginger and clove.

Hot Butter Rum: Mount Gay Black Barrel Rum, butter batter (consisting of butter, ginger, cinnamon, cardamom and honey), served with hot water served in a small tea kettle with a coffee cup and cinnamon stick.
Off The Menu/Hot Toddy: Bourbon, cardamom sweetener, fresh lemon juice, hot water, garnished with a clove spiked lemon.
