Rosé Under The Sun
Apparently, Memorial Day marks the start of rosé season, but to be honest, we don’t need an excuse, so let’s just take a sip now.
Refreshing and sweetly crisp, pink wine grows in popularity as the days get longer and the weather gets warmer. With this Bisol Jeio Cuvée Rosé we’re thinking long picnics, outdoor BBQs and sunny weekends at the beach, because what better way to celebrate life than with a sweet bubbly?
A delicate combination of Merlot and Pinot Noir grapes from vineyards on the steep hills of the Veneto, this elegant rosé is balance, personality and seasonal joy all in one. Cheers to the cuvée that will make our summer dreams come true!
The Spicy Bloody Mary
NYC celebrity caterer and event planner Andrea Correale of Elegant Affairs gives us tips on how to make the perfect bloody mary to wash away all our winter problems and start the season feeling fresh.
Andrea believes you should start with three different bases of tomato juice – try a traditional bloody mary mix, the classic V8 and a flavor infused bloody mary mix. Then, kick it up with a variety of liquor. Use flavor infused vodkas, like chili infused, or lime infused, and entice your guests by serving bourbon or gin for them to mix in! Of course, you’ll need an elaborate display of toppings – include spices like chili and cracked pepper, fresh lemons and limes, celery stalks, pickled carrots and zucchini sticks, hot sauces ranging from mild to hot, pickles and olives. Pair that up with some yummy cheese and olives and you’re all set! Now, check out Andrea’s Sweet and Spicy Bloody Mary recipe and get ready for the magic!
